Perfect for a quiet escape
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed some help with my bags. The bed was like sinking into a cloud, totally rejuvenating after a long day. You can’t put a price on a good night's sleep, right? And the location? Absolute gold mine, just a few steps from top shops and restaurants.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly it was worth it for the experience.

The Junior Suite was super cozy, and the bed felt like a cloud! I really loved the unique British decor too. Plus, having Sky TV was a nice bonus for winding down at night. Just a bit of a bummer that the TV was a tad outdated and I struggled with the air conditioning noise. Still, overall, super comfy stay.

Impeccable Service and Perfect Location
I had an amazing stay! The location was fantastic, just steps away from Harrods, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome and the included champagne at breakfast, which added a lovely touch to the experience. I think the hotel could benefit from updating some of the room decor to modern standards.

Great room, but service could improve
Stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Double. The place was super cozy, nicely furnished, and had awesome air con. The housekeeping team was top-notch, even did our dishes! Location? You can't beat it, right next to Harrods. But the reception was a bit off. they didn’t seem to know much about how things worked.
